DESCRIPTION:The Mindfulness Circle is an invitation to bring meditation\, mindfulness\, and wholehearted living into your life. It is a safe\, grounded space where we come together in a spirit of openness\, acceptance\, and wonder to practice stillness\, share our stories and connect with others. \nAfter a restful pause\, we are returning to our roots\, shifting from the room to the open air. This is an open circle; drop-ins are encouraged and new members are welcome at any time. \nOur Sunday Morning Rhythm\n\nWhen: Typically the second and fourth Sunday mornings of the month.\nTime: 7:00 am – 8:30 am AEST.\nWhere: Ebenezer Park\, Tweed Heads.\nFormat: Casual drop-in sessions; no need to book in advance.\nCost: Completely free to attend. A gold coin donation is appreciated if you would like to help toward tea and snacks for the group.\n\nThe Flow\nOur gatherings are casual and low-pressure\, often following a simple flow: \n\nArrival & Grounding: Settling into the natural surroundings.\nShared Stillness: We sit together for a 15-20 minute mindful breathing practice. I will provide gentle guidance to help us settle\, followed by a period of quiet.\nPersonal Reflection: Time for some reflection. I will offer a few simple prompts to support your journaling\, though you are always welcome to follow your own internal flow.\nOptional Connection: After the practice\, there is some moments for us to stay and connect through heart sharing\, but you are welcome to simply slip away and continue your morning.\n\nPlease note that no formal guidance or instructions are offered; we learn and breathe together as a community. \nWhat to Bring\n\nA blanket or mat to sit on\, plus a warm jumper!\nA pen and journal if you wish to record your reflections.\nAnything else you need to feel comfortable in an outdoor setting.\n\nStay Updated\nSince our sessions are now outdoors and weather-dependent\, they may occasionally shift.
